Dr Marnie Slonim

Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecologist

Marnie is a highly skilled Generalist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with specialised expertise in Paediatric, and Adolescent Gynaecology. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at Monash University in 2012 with honours, and her core Obstetrics and Gynaecology training at Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne, where she developed a strong foundation in women’s health.


In 2022, she undertook a fellowship in Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology at the Royal Children’s Hospital, working alongside leading specialists to refine her skills in managing menstrual and pubertal disorders, addressing congenital anomalies, and providing care for gender diverse populations.


In addition to working at OGB Surfcoast, Marnie also works at University Hospital Geelong, at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne and is also a senior lecturer at Deakin University.


Committed to delivering high quality, evidence based, and holistic care, Marnie approaches each patient with a passion for women’s centered healthcare. She strongly advocates for shared decision making and promotes inclusive, compassionate practices that respect individual identities and choices.


In her time away from work Marnie enjoys running, eating good food and spending time with her 3 young children.
